Service Delivery Manager (AWS)

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee our AWS Cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud services and a good understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of our cloud-based solutions contributing to the company’s overall success and impact on society.

Location: Dallas, Texas, Onsite

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of AWS Cloud services to ensure high availability and performance.

Oversee the implementation of cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team for AWS Cloud services.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.

Monitor and manage cloud service performance identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Develop and maintain documentation for cloud service delivery processes and procedures.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of cloud services to ensure optimal performance.

Implement security measures to protect cloud services from potential threats.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to cloud services.

Provide training and support to team members on AWS Cloud services.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cloud service delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on cloud service delivery goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing AWS Cloud services.

Strong technical skills in AWS Cloud including implementation and support.

Have experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains (nice to have).

Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

Display a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.

Salary and Other Compensation :

Applications will be accepted until 9/30/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $163,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
