As the Technical Recruiter, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute the staffing strategies for various Information Technology requisitions for BCT's end clients. You'll constantly drive, scale, and find opportunities to improve our process for attracting, engaging, interviewing, and closing. You will provide a world-class recruiting experience for both candidates and clients by effectively hitting recruitment goals, raising the talent bar at BCT, and continuing to evolve our fantastic candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist, plan, and facilitate internal BCT meetings to provide updates on open positions.
  • Develop and share recruitment strategies with the team to attract and secure talent.
  • Effectively partner with internal Recruiters/Sourcers to ensure the entire team's success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for other lines of business, the latest and greatest recruitment tools, or areas of opportunity for attracting Technology talent.
  • Follow the recruitment process for open and potential technical roles such as contract, contract-to-hire, and perm positions.
  • Have end-to-end recruiting responsibility, using tools provided to aggressively source top talent nationwide to optimize company fit and candidate selection.
  • Develop talent pools for multiple technical skill sets across the organization.
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with current job seekers and passive candidates that may lead to hiring or further networking-experience using traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods.
  • Collaborates with Business Development Directors to understand the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for open positions.
  • Communicate and attend intake calls with hiring managers regarding the status of all open positions in the assigned department to further refine requirements for qualified candidates.
  • Documents and maintains all pertinent applicant, requisition, and interview data in ATS.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of Information Technology experience in the Staffing or Recruiting industry.
  • Prior experience working with H1B candidates or 3rd parties preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including working with an Applicant Tracking System(ATS), LinkedIn, Office 365, MS Office Suite, including strong experience with Word and Excel.
  • Strong sourcing experience using ATS, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Pipeline & Referrals
  • Provide excellent customer service/rapport to both clients and candidates and manage candidate relationships (including flawless communication and customer rapport).
  • Ensure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent Information Technology industry experience.
