Job Description

A Senior Technical Recruiter is a specialist who handles the entire hiring process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand requirements and match candidates with the best fit, while also playing a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Technical Recruiter:

  • Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identifying and attracting qualified technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.

  • Interviewing and Assessment:
  • Conducting technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role specifications, and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Offer Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiating job offers and working with candidates to finalize the hiring process.

  • Onboarding and Retention:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
