Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Test Automation Engineer to lead integration, verification, and validation efforts for complex systems. The role emphasizes automation , ensuring robust, compliant systems. You’ll collaborate across development teams to deliver solutions aligned with client's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee integration, verification, and validation of software in systems designed for secure and high-integrity environments.
• Develop and enhance automation tools and frameworks for comprehensive system testing.
• Execute functional, performance, and compliance testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to debug and resolve complex issues in integrated systems.
• Document IVV processes, including test plans, execution, and results, ensuring traceability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security and data integrity standards relevant to sensitive and regulated industries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation and validation methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship mendatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 7+ years of IVV or software testing experience , with at least 3 years focused on automation .
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Selenium, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and integration in secure systems.
• Experience working in sensitive application environments requiring high compliance and security standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills in debugging and optimizing multi-component system interactions.
