Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack (Remote)

Prealize Health is a predictive analytics company that leverages machine learning and clinical expertise to help patients obtain better care, sooner. As a core member of our team, you will work with our engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to develop products that will directly affect the lives of patients. Your expert knowledge in developing our software applications and APIs to provide great user experience will be crucial to our mission and the success of the company.

As a Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack, you will:

• Design and develop front-end web applications for internal and external customers, written in languages such as React JavaScript framework, React Hooks, React Router, Redux, Next.js, HTML/CSS, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and develop elastic and resilient APIs and Web application in distributed serverless AWS cloud environment
• Design and develop back-end applications and micro services written in Python, and data access with SQL
• Design and develop SOA based services, REST APIs and external customer integration

Desired Experience

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science - or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with AWS cloud
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript (promises, callbacks, functional programming etc)
• Strong experience with React, React Hooks, React Router, Redux, Next.js
• Strong experience with HTML/CSS, Tailwind CSS
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
• Understanding of front-end tooling (Babel, Webpack, NPM etc)
• Experience with testing (Jest, React Test Library, Cypress/WebDriver, etc)
• Strong experience in building REST APIs and micro services in Python
• Experience with SQL databases on AWS cloud
• Experience in CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience building application governed under HIPAA, PHI and PII compliance requirements
• Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus
• AWS Developer Certification is a plus

Pay Transparency :

• The target salary range is $135,00 - $170,00
• Base pay offered may vary within the posted range based on several factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
