Collaborate with Mortgage Bankers to deepen client relationships and assist in underwriting and closing processes. Essential Job Functions Support loan origination for agency, FHA, and private placements. Model, evaluate, and underwrite financing opportunities, providing property and market analysis. Partner with Mortgage Bankers to pitch execution options across various affordable housing products. Assist in preparing loan submissions and ordering third-party reports. Work directly with mortgage bankers to secure debt financing for multifamily projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or Real Estate. 3+ years in finance, real estate, investment banking, or consulting with Real Estate Finance experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with complex spreadsheets. Strong analytical skills and understanding of the affordable housing industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work at a KeyBank location 4+ days per week. Preferred Qualifications MBA Experience with business intelligence tools, CMBS, Life Insurance lending, Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, FHA, LIHTC industry.
