Carimus is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The Senior Graphic Designer will work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, UI/UX, branding and strategy, print and publication, marketing, and digital design. This designer will provide mentorship and support to our junior designers.

We're looking for a designer to work in a fast-paced, highly creative environment where you'll have a constant flow of projects to support. From designing a website to case studies to a rebranding project, you'll support a wide range of clients and initiatives. The Graphic Designer will translate our clients' vision and goals into powerful creative assets that tell a visual story through branding and design. This role will start in early Q1 2025.

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) in office 2-3 days per week

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize, collaborate, and present creative proposals that resonate with our clients' brands.
• Responsible for creative design and execution of brand and UI/UX projects and experiences.
• Run projects independently while collaborating with a team of Project Managers and Developers.
• Interface directly with clients and key stakeholders to present deliverables, convey concepts, and acquire strategic knowledge.
• Create, maintain, and execute various assets, including digital landing pages, marketing material, web pages, and more, with a clean, consistent look and feel that adheres to brand guidelines and engages our clients' audiences.
• Work on and prioritize multiple projects, communicate with key stakeholders, and meet project deadlines.
• Incorporate industry and user experience best practices in all creative work.
• Comfortable with sharing concepts and ideas with the creative team and clients while articulating the overall benefits of design and brand identity.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Creative agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design or an equivalent degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge and skills in brand design, UI/UX design, and graphic design.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Experience handling various creative projects, with the ability to work on a wide range of projects.
• Strong sense of design and high level of creativity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems when they are not fully defined.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Nice to have:

• Experience with animation, video editing, 3D rendering, or AI models.
