We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and take ownership of Operational Finance across our business units. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and a critical leadership position within our Finance function.

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst – Operational Finance will act as a strategic partner to department heads and business unit leaders, driving data-backed decision making, optimizing financial performance, and managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the company’s expanding footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational finance function across all business units
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for business line leaders, offering insights into financial performance and guidance on decision-making
  • Own the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across departments
  • Create and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, cost, and margin analysis
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, driving initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Analyze business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to align financial strategies with business goals
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for the SVP of Finance and other stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor junior finance team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 3–8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive leadership
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
