Job Description Conduent is a market leader for government disbursements provided through prepaid debit card offerings, mobile apps, and online service channels. The Payments Business processes over 2.5 billion payment transactions annually while disbursing almost $100 billion in payments annually.
The
Senior Business Product Management Consultant will have a particular focus on our closed loop, electronic benefit transfer (EBT) solutions to support government disbursements. They will be a trusted partner with the Sales, Operations, and Technology teams and have a strong appreciation for the realities of highly complex and integrated solutions.
The
Senior Business Product Management Consultant will also be a leader on the Payments Business team and play a key role in shaping Conduent's payments strategy and developing payments offerings as part of the Government Solutions business unit. They will bring deep experience in payments or related financial solutions to help execute the product vision that meets the business challenges of the market and effectively positions Conduent in the Payments space.
As a
Senior Business Product Management Consultant , you will:
- Own the product life cycle from ideation, to launching new digital solutions, to sunsetting mature offerings.
- Enable the product development teams, ensuring that they have sufficient detail and guidance to execute against the product roadmap.
- Understand the pulse of the government payments market, including competitive pressures, changing customer expectations and technology challenges.
- Align the product roadmap with our strategic go-to-market plans, business objectives, market opportunities and insights.
- Develop value-based product pricing and positioning strategies that instill sales confidence while increasing win rates and profitability.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the products managed; lead and evangelize across multiple internal and external stakeholders about our innovation and delivery strategies.
- Execute against the product roadmap utilizing an Agile development methodology.
Requirements - Have 5+ years of payments product management & strategy experience.
- Possess experience working in the technology arena with a strong track record of building solutions and growing a technology portfolio.
- Demonstrate knowledge of established payments services and technologies including alternative payments, digital wallets, real-time payments, and/or B2C disbursements.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and end-to-end problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
- Display effective oral, written and presentation skills.
- Able to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position is $145-155k per year.
