Right now, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Business Consultant to join our team. If you’re a seasoned business leader who has built and scaled companies, understands financial modeling, and thrives on helping business owners overcome challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is designed for someone who has been in the driver’s seat of a business, navigated both successes and failures, and now wants to use that experience to help other business owners succeed.

• You have a strong financial background, including strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• You thrive on solving complex business challenges and delivering measurable results.
• You enjoy strategic planning, accountability coaching, and execution.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who can lead client sessions with confidence.
  

As a Senior Business Consultant , you will be a trusted advisor, working closely with business owners to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagements, guiding business owners through strategic planning and execution.
• Assisting with financial strategy and modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and pricing strategies.
• Identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable systems to optimize business operations.
• Holding clients accountable for executing their strategic initiatives.
• Mentoring and training Associate Business Consultants (ABCs).
• Engaging in business development through networking, client meetings, and marketing outreach.
• Tracking and reporting client progress using Monday.com, Excel, and CRM tools.
  

We’re looking for a highly experienced business leader who meets the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of business ownership or executive leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&Ls, financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis, dashboards, and scenario planning.
• A proven ability to break down complex business challenges into clear, actionable steps.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to lead impactful client sessions.
• A strong ability to stay organized and proactive in tracking multiple clients, action items, and strategic initiatives.
• Experience with MS Office, CRM tools, and project management platforms like Monday.com.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable success.

• 1099 Contractor Role – Part-time (8-20 hours per week) with potential for full-time growth.
• Location – Must be based in the Phoenix Metro Area (Scottsdale preferred) with the ability to meet clients in person.
• Compensation – Monthly fee share per client, based on engagement and performance which could exceed $175,000 annually when full time.
• Growth Opportunity – Potential to mentor junior consultants and contribute to WBCG’s expansion.
