Seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant for a global manufacturing organization. This role offers high visibility and impact within a lean team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounting: GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, inventory, COGS.
• Month-end and quarter-end close.
• Cash flow analysis and tax compliance (multi-state).
• Audit support and process improvements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills (testing required).
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred).
• Experience with international reporting and foreign-owned company structures.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80K–$95K base salary DOE
• Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match
