What You'll Do:

• Implementing individualized ABA programs with precision.
• Collaborating with BCBAs to fine-tune interventions.
• Mentoring and guiding Behavior Interventionists.
• Documenting and analyzing data for client progress.
• Customizing ABA programs for each child's unique needs.
• Providing mentorship, engaging with parents, and maintaining accurate client records.

What We're Looking For:

• Hold a valid RBT certification with 2+ years of clinical experience as an RBT.
• Thrive in a team environment and excel in communication.
• Show enthusiasm for working with clients to ensure progress and success
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in solving challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, i.e., Psychology, Education, or Behavioral Sciences
• Have a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
