We are seeking a Security Dispatcher for full-time opportunities in Manhattan, NY.

Pay: $20.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours : 40 hours - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 12:00 am (Saturday required)

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Dispatch guards as needed to ensure the site requirements are met.
• Ability to oversee the security needs of multiple sites.
• Act quickly to locate immediate/emergency relief for guards holding post.
• Report callouts or absences to upper management.
• Report callouts to client.
• Scheduling
• Confirm guards’ timely arrival with site manager.
• Maintain direct communication with the client.
• Communicate information for any accident/incident as needed to management.
• Execute on plans to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of security industry.
• Security dispatcher experience
• Ability to creatively solve problems in fast-paced environment.
• Utilizing UKG systems for scheduling
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Achieve results while upholding ethics, integrity, compliance, and company values.
