Job Description: As a Senior Scrum Master, you will enable Agile teams to achieve consistent, high-quality delivery by implementing best practices, tools, metrics, and frameworks. This role involves mentoring teams, driving Agile adoption, and ensuring alignment with business objectives within the Wealth and Asset Management sector. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and fostering Agile best practices. Guide teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization. Remove impediments to ensure smooth and efficient team performance. Track and report team metrics, progress, and Agile maturity. Facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinements. Ensure timely delivery of sprints while maintaining quality standards. Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members. Align Agile teams with overall business goals and strategic initiatives. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required. 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment. 5+ years of experience in software development within financial services. Strong knowledge of Trade Life Cycle, Equity/ETF workflows, and Wealth Management. Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Planview, and Rally. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Adaptability to fast-paced environments with multiple projects. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr.
