About 1000 Merch: 1000 Merch is a premium merchandising company that works with artists, brands, and events to design and produce high-quality, custom apparel.
Seeking experienced screen print press operator to set up and run automatic (M&R) and manual presses up to 8 colors. The operator also needs to be proficient in mixing inks to match PMS colors.
We are a rapidly growing shop in Dallas,TX that needs an EXPERIENCED press operator to help take our screen printing operations to a new level of quality and efficiency.
Please do not apply for this position if you do not have multiple years experience setting up and running automatic screen printing presses in a print shop atmosphere. Candidates will not be considered for THIS role if they do not have recent, relevant experience on their resume.
- 1+ years experience setting up and running automatic and manual screen printing presses
- ability to quickly mix ink to match Pantone colors
- knowledge in most efficient ways to sequence an automatic press
- knowledge of different ink types (cotton, low bleed, poly, discharge, etc.) and when to use them
- troubleshooting skills and ability to find quick solutions to problems
- urgency
- reliable transportation to Dallas TX
- full time hours (8-4:30) w/ occasional overtime
- team player
- punctual, good attitude & ready to work!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
