Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time counseling opportunity is available for licensed professionals seeking a contract position for the upcoming school year in Arlington, VA. This role offers flexibility with caseload assignments tailored to your preference to best match your skills and capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to support student well-being
• Develop and implement intervention plans that address academic, social, and emotional needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required

Location: Arlington, VA
Duration: Contract for the current school year (ASAP through end of school year)
