Job Description

Looking to be part of a growing successful child care center? Looking to make a difference in the world and contribute while been part of a great positive fun team. As a school age van driver at the Transformational Education Adventure Center, you will be part of a fast paced business while making a difference in the lives of children and enjoying it at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise children attending the program.
  • Pick up and drop off children using a 15 passenger van within 3 miles
  • Hours -2:30 pm- 6:30 pm -Monday to Friday
  • Monitor children to ensure their health, safety and physical well-being;
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Mist be able to pass background check
  • Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
  • Ability to manage a small group of children ( 10-15 at a time)
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enjoy working with children
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Mandatory hours availability -2:30- 6:30 pm daily +
