Job Description:Assist students with safely boarding and exiting the bus.Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe, orderly environment during transit.Provide assistance to students with special needs, including operating wheelchair lifts and securements.Support the bus driver in emergency evacuations and safety procedures.Communicate effectively with drivers, parents, and school staff.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Help maintain a clean and organized bus environment.Qualifications:Minimum age of 18 years.Valid driver's license or work authorization.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.Experience working with children is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patient, responsible, and able to manage student behavior effectively.Requirements:Must be available to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily.Physically able to assist students on and off the bus.Familiarity with school transportation safety procedures is a plus.Ability to stay calm and act swiftly during emergency situations.Benefits:Competitive pay rates.Opportunities for training and development.Supportive team environment.Nights and weekends off.Potential for advancement within the company.
