Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A professional with expertise in pediatric physical therapy is needed to support students in an elementary school setting, providing prehensive care from Pre-K through 12th grade. This contract position runs from September 3, 2025, to June 16, 2026, with a mitment of 35 hours per week, serving a caseload of approximately 50 students. The role is based in Eatonville, WA, and requires onsite presence as virtual work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students aged Pre-K through 12.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with pediatric experience.
• Previous experience in school settings is highly preferable.
• Ability to manage a caseload of around 50 students effectively.
• Strong munication skills to work well with children, families, and school staff.
