Dominion Energy, a leading utility provider, is seeking a *Salesforce Developer* to join their growing Salesforce Center of Excellence (SF COE). This is a unique opportunity to support the transition from a project-based to product-aligned model, starting with their *Renewable Energy Group*.

As Dominion expands its renewable energy initiatives, the need for streamlined Salesforce integrations and data refinement is critical. You'll play a key role in
enabling business units to leverage Salesforce more effectively, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
*What You'll Do:*
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance Salesforce functionality and usability.
* Develop and maintain integrations using *Visual Studio* and *Azure*.
* Ensure data cleanliness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to the long-term success of Dominion's renewable energy contract unit.
*What You Bring:*
* *3+ years of Salesforce Development experience*
* Proven experience with *Visual Studio* and *Azure* integrations
* Strong background in *Salesforce refinement and optimization*
*Work Environment:*
Enjoy a balanced *hybrid schedule* with *1 week in-office followed by 1 week remote,* offering flexibility while staying connected with your team.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
