This role supports the firm's strategic objectives by optimizing Salesforce for portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and client services teams. Job Responsibilities Administer and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and data integrity Manage user provisioning, access controls, and security settings Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools to meet business requirements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions Support end-users through training, documentation, and technical assistance Manage Salesforce release cycles, patches, and updates Conduct regular audits of system usage, security settings, and data quality Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Support integration initiatives with other enterprise systems Participate in incident management and root cause analysis Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a regulated or complex enterprise environment Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (current and active) Proficiency in Salesforce configuration using declarative tools Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and user management Experience managing sandbox environments and deployment processes Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis Knowledge of financial services industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirements (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) Compensation Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr Pay Rate: $50 – $70/hr, DOE Position Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Location: New York, NY Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Landing Point by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
