I am looking for an equity partner starting in sales with relationships with business owners and/or district level management to hit the ground running. I am offering a negotiable base/equity plus commission; which will include annual residuals. Our goal is 2-4 new clients per month; noting that many clients will have multiple locations.
My business is installing an innovative non-slip floor treatment; specifically targeting hotels (floors, showers/tubs, and pool areas) restaurants, gyms, and just about anywhere that has hard-surfaced flooring. Our treatments can increase the coefficient of friction up to 400%; reducing slip and fall liability and expenses and bring peace of mind to clients. B2B means longer sales cycles and bypassing gatekeepers, so the more connections one has starting out, the faster a book of business can be built. There is no reason we can't sell B2C, but is secondary to B2B just based on number of clients needed for our goals. My intention is to use any residential sales for networking/referrals ; or you service a business and then offer service at their homes.

I shouldn't have to tell someone how many potential clients to talk to every day; one should be determined enough to get that done for whatever goals YOU have! This isn't a position to hold hands and micro-manage. This is for a person who is determined for success and willing to build something great.

Note: Pay is negotiable as I am looking for not just a sales person, but an equity partner in time. The higher the base pay, the lower commission. For example, if the average restaurant is a $5,000 job, no base would mean a 20% commission. If you prefer a base of $1000/month, the commission would reduce to 10%. If you find that client with multiple locations, that difference is significant.
