Sales Engineer – Commercial/Industrial HVAC/Plumbing
Steffens-Shultz, Inc. – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with local engineers to get/keep our products in specs (because pumps and boilers don’t spec themselves).
• Assist with applications and cost estimates.
• Recommend the right HVAC/process components for the job.
• Calculate loads for pumps, boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and other hydronic equipment.
• Share your knowledge in our new training facility (teach a little, learn a lot).
• Travel occasionally for factory training and trade shows (we’ll try not to send you anywhere boring).
• Get involved with ASHRAE & ASPE events, luncheons, and social outings.
• Support our sales and plan/spec teams with selections, designs, and lunch-and-learns.

We Require

• Experience in Mechanical HVAC Sales.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC system designs.
• Bonus points if you understand HVAC controls (or at least don’t run from them).
