Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated, reliable Roustabouts / Rig Up Techs to join our team. This position is critical to supporting flowback operations by setting up and maintaining equipment on location, performing manual labor, and assisting with rig-up/rig-down tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of flowback equipment on well sites
• General labor duties: loading/unloading equipment, connecting pipes and hoses, cleaning work areas
• Maintain and repair flowback equipment as needed
• Follow all company and client safety standards and procedures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist flowback operators and supervisors as required

Requirements:

• Previous oilfield experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
