Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Construction Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites for a privately owned construction organization.

This is a fulltime role based in Pompano Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill levels.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Document daily progress and report to management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of roofing experience in a commercial setting with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in various roofing systems (e.g., shingle, metal, TPO, EPDM).
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual speaking skills (Spanish/ English) is a preferred skill
• OSHA certification is a preferred skill
