Do you enjoy talking to people, being outdoors, and working as part of a high-energy team? IronHead Roofing is looking for motivated Canvassers to help homeowners learn about roof repair and replacement options after storm or weather damage. You’ll be the friendly face of IronHead in the community—walking neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners, and scheduling free roof inspections with our Roofing Specialists.

We’ll provide hands-on training, a supportive team, and a clear path for growth into roofing sales or field management. No experience required—just bring your energy, positive attitude, and drive to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Walk designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to introduce IronHead Roofing services.


• Learn how to spot signs of roof damage from street level (training provided).


• Build trust with homeowners through professional, friendly conversation.


• Educate homeowners on the benefits of a roof inspection and how the process works.


• Schedule appointments for our Certified Roofing Specialists.


• Track your daily activity—doors knocked, leads generated, appointments set.


• Represent IronHead Roofing with pride, integrity, and professionalism.


• Take direction from supervisors to focus canvassing efforts in priority areas.


• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to sharpen your communication and product knowledge.

What You Bring

• No experience required—training is provided!


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face.


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.


• Basic ability to use a smartphone or tablet for lead tracking.


• Dependable, energetic, and goal-oriented.


• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in all kinds of Oregon weather.
