Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Civil Engineer and contribute to impactful infrastructure and roadway design projects for our Private Utility Clients . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual passionate about civil engineering to engage in meaningful research, investigation, and design work that helps shape the future of our cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop designs for catch basins and watermain alignments , ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Conduct record research and perform site investigations for utility clients and city agencies.
• Engage in the design and implementation of Maintenance and Protection of Traffic construction staging.
• Participate in technical studies, create detailed technical drawings , prepare quantity estimates , and draft specifications .
• Perform fieldwork such as data gathering, test pit inspections, surveys, and construction observations.
• Collaborate with various City Agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Civil3D and Microstation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• A passion for problem-solving and innovation in civil engineering.

Certifications/Licenses:

• EIT certification is preferred.
