About the Role: Weed Man Lawn Care is seeking a Remote Sales Call Center Representative to join our team in Holt, MI. As a leading provider of lawn care services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales calls and providing excellent customer service to potential clients. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers
Provide information about our lawn care services and packages
Answer customer inquiries and address concerns
Upsell additional services to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Proficient in using CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Self-motivated and target-driven
MUST HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET
