Learning and using our backoffice system in regards to managing marketing lead generation and training systems.

Being able to conduct phone or Zoom interviews in order to evaluate potential business partners/clients.

Engage in the continuous online training calls that are provided weekly.

Become a product of the product by leading by example having a positive attitude in developing managing and nurturing your own team.

Following all the steps and training in order to set up your business.

Keeping yourself accountable by communicating with your director.

Offering support and mentorship in assisting others in achieving their personal and business goals

Competencies:

Doing your own research in developing marketing plans and platforms to use for online advertising.

Being able to follow the guidance of our international business partner and leadership team.

Able to handle challenges when they arise and be proactive solution oriented.

Having the motivation and selfdiscipline to work independently.

Possess interpersonal and professional communication skills

Have a desire for both continuous personal and professional growth

Prefer to have flexible hours and work remotely
