The Registered Nurse (RN) Employee Health - Clinical Educator is responsible for training and developing nursing staff to enhance clinical competency, critical thinking, and adherence to patient care procedures. This role promotes high-quality, safe patient care by delivering education across multiple clinical areas such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Surgical Services, and Critical Care. The position requires a licensed RN with clinical experience and involves professional development, process improvement, and staff support within a hospital setting.

Position Summary:

The RN Clinical Educator position is responsible for a variety of training and development duties. The RN Educator works with staff to enhance clinical competency, critical thinking and process/procedures improving nursing practice while promoting high quality, safe patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• An Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 60 days of hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience required in multiple clinical areas including Med/surg; Telemetry; Surgical Services and/or critical care.
• Prior Experience in teaching preferred.
