Overview:
Industrial manufacturer seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support territory growth and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
Manage strategic sales efforts across a multi-state territory (NY to VA and Atlanta)
Drive account development and territory growth through hands-on customer engagement and planning
Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and report business intelligence to leadership
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
Support future team development; expected to oversee technical sales staff in NY over time
Contribute to competitive analysis and positioning in the field
Represent the company professionally while traveling extensively throughout the region
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering background ideal
10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or motion control products
Prior leadership or team oversight experience strongly preferred
Willingness to travel up to 60%
Based in Greater Philadelphia, NY, or Virginia
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
Compensation:
Base salary range: $130,000–$150,000
