Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. Headquartered in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.
At RQ, we are committed to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Regional Safety Trainer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL to lead in-person training programs for our craft and staff personnel. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a strong safety culture across our Self-Perform Division by ensuring that all team members are trained, competent, and confident in safe work practices.
The ideal candidate is an experienced safety professional with hands-on construction experience and a passion for developing others through engaging, high-quality safety training.
