Job Description

LHH is seeking a Recruiting Manager for a rapidly growing construction company in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a lead and support full-cycle recruiting efforts and oversee a team of recruiters and manage hiring for a variety of roles including hourly field staff, administrative professionals, and sales/operations managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters supporting multiple regions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting.
• Handle all onboarding processes including offer letters, background checks, I-9s, MVRs, and drug screenings.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR and operations to ensure alignment on staffing needs.
• Attend daily hiring meetings to assess workforce demands and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with employment regulations in all hiring documentation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each role and market.
• Maintain applicant tracking and workflow systems.
• Coordinate job postings and recruiting campaigns across various platforms.
• Assist with compensation alignment, including bonuses and candidate negotiations.
• Track metrics to assess recruiting performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supervising or managing recruiting teams.
• Proficient in ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and online job boards.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and employment compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – in plus!
• Construction, manufacturing, or field-based industry recruiting experience.

Job Type:

• Onsite Role- Must be commutable to Kennesaw, GA.
• Core hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Contract-to-Hire
