Job Details
We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our property accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial aspects of multiple properties within our portfolio while also supporting our outsourced team.
Month end closing and reporting
Help transition projects from development to operations
Help set up acquired properties, financial reporting, lease accounting, budgets and variances
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field but not required (experience over education)
3+ years of experience in Property Accounting accounting (preferably from Commercial real estate but not required)
Ideally experience with systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI (can be trained but ideally have one of those 3)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
