Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews and evaluates repaired and manufactured C4ISR electronic components, assemblies, and systems to ensure adherence to Depot Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2008 / 2015 standards. Conducts various Quality Assurance (QA) tests and inspections, including final sell-off tests, in-process testing, solder testing, and pre-work inspections. Participates in establishing quality standards for lifecycle maintenance, documentation, development methods, and testing. Develops and implements systems testing standards and procedures, conducts tests, and records results. Analyzes test data and makes recommendations for quality improvements. Assists with project planning related to engineering projects and may provide quality-related training. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and participates in special projects as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three (3) years experience in a restoration/repair depot, emphasizing quality management systems (ISO 9001:2008 / 2015 or equivalent). Willingness to work a second shift (ending at 10pm). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Travel Required: 0% Work Location: San Diego, CA This position requires maintaining a Secret US DoD security clearance.

SKILLS

Experience with Quality Management Systems compatible with ISO 9001:2008 / 2015.

REMARKS

Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office products. Ability to interface effectively with technical and management personnel at all levels. Compensation: $28 - $48 per hour. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, responsibilities, skills, and experience.
