Public and Project Finance Associate Attorney| $205k–$245k| Denver, CO (Hybrid)
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Public and Project Finance Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its team in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to work on complex finance transactions that fund transformative public and private infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent borrowers, developers, issuers, investors, lenders, and underwriters in public and project finance transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate finance documentation for projects across industries including renewable energy, housing, health care, water/sewer, and education facilities.
Support tax equity transactions and other structured finance arrangements.
Provide strategic legal counsel on transaction structure, due diligence, and risk assessment.
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and maintain direct client contact throughout the deal process.
Participate in business development initiatives and industry events to expand client relationships.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the bar in Colorado.
2–5 years of experience in public finance, project finance, structured finance, or related transactional work.
Demonstrated experience drafting finance documentation and successfully closing transactions.
Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
Tax equity experience is a plus.
