Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.
RNs are needed for an Psych position in the Rochester, NH. The ideal candidate would have experience in assessing and chart observations of the patients condition at each visit, completing evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs, administering Physician-prescribed medication, dress or redressing wounds and assessing the healing progress, keeping the patient comfortable through palliative care and provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
