Job Title: IT Project Analyst

Duration: 9+ Months (Possible to go FTE)

Location: Denver, CO 80202

Will need to go into the office 2x a week.

Responsibilities:

• **Nice to Have – Pendo experience (implementation, guides or analytics)**.
• Pendo Implementation, Pendo Guides, Pendo Analytics, Project Management
• Lead the collection and synthesis of advanced analysis of product performance, usage, market trends, etc. including dashboards and reports
• Lead and manage complex projects within the product operations space, focused on process and product team efficiency and optimization.
• Drive the establishment of best practices for product management and SLDC, ensuring all teams leverage tools and processes effectively.
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic advisor to product and business leaders
• Customer advocate, synthesizing feedback and insights for future development
• Organization and documentation, templates, guidelines, reference materials
• Support daily operational tasks related to product management and development.
• Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports.
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain documentation of product processes and procedures.
• Address routine operational issues and provide administrative support.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of product management tools and systems.
• Support data integration and ensure tools are functioning correctly.
• Help in setting up initial KPI tracking frameworks and update dashboards with product performance metrics.
• Support the collection of feedback from end users through surveys and user feedback tools.
• Assist in analyzing user engagement data.

Education/Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience
• Associate’s Degree or Apprenticeship
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Advanced skills in KPI development, analysis, and interpretation to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with significant complexity and scale.
