The Project Coordinator is the traffic controller for their respective team; they help to keep the team organized and on track by scheduling calls, and project meetings, tracking work back schedules, tracking costs, and producing expense reports for the Senior Project Manager to review. A Project Coordinator is expected to communicate available bandwidth with their team and take on production management tasks as well as lead certain projects where the team sees fit.
A good Project Coordinator has a wide range of interests, an enthusiasm for growth, and transferable skills such as communication, organization, and management. The Project Coordinator is expected to play a support role on a wide range of projects and be able to execute tasks efficiently.This position reports to our office in Brooklyn - remote work is not available.
