Job Title: Associate Project Delivery Specialist
Location: Alb NM | Hybrid
Duration: September 2025 to November 2025 (possible extension)
Pay: $20.00/hr on W2
Role
Function as a high-level administrative assistant. Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with medical offices and facilities including online and telephonic for multiple projects simultaneously. Process invoices to make ready for payment. Learn documentation review process as needed to assist with project completion.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Fast learner – time limited audits already underway
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft applications and shared websites
Strong communication skills – phone, written, verbal.
Familiarity with reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance in accordance with established protocols.
HS Diploma/GED
PREFERRED (but not required)
Experience with healthcare and audits / reviews – e.g. HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, Utilization review, Quality.
Hours: This position is mainly Monday through Friday (hours-some flexibility). Some weekend and after hour work may be required to complete projects.
