At Carolina Estate Planning, we help families through some of life’s most important transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence. We’re looking for a  Probate Legal Assistant who shares our dedication to excellence, service, and attention to detail.

This is a  full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week)at our Winston-Salem office.

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Prepare legal documents for probate (court forms, inventories, accountings)
• Conduct legal research for probate cases
• Organize and manage case files and legal documents
• Maintain and update case management systems
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and other parties
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
• Draft legal correspondence
• Calendar key tasks and deadlines

• Excellent  clerical and administrative skills
• Strong  phone etiquette and professional communication
• Familiarity with  case management systems
• Exceptional  organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in a law firm, preferably working with  trusts and estates

Compensation details: 45000-50000 Yearly Salary
