My client, a highly regarded professional services organization, is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney with at least 7 years of expertise in wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and business succession planning. This role will involve advising high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and multi-generational families on sophisticated estate and tax planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax-efficient estate planning strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Provide guidance on insurance planning, trust funding, and corporate restructuring.
• Oversee estate administration, including probate proceedings, post-mortem tax planning, and estate tax return preparation.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and tax professionals to ensure comprehensive wealth preservation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Strong background in business succession planning and multi-generational wealth structuring.
• Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents and advising on tax implications.
