About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and CEO to lead its publishing house, which is dedicated to creating resources for Christian worship, faith formation, and academic study. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and innovative business leader with a strong commitment to the company's mission. Responsibilities for the President and CEO include building on the company's successes, leading it toward a sustainable future, and demonstrating a vision for the future of publishing. As the head of the organization, the President and CEO will report to the Board of Trustees and must be prepared to engage with the company's various imprints, including those focused on trade publishing and children's books. A background in a related field, such as ministry or a similar leadership role within a religious or non-profit organization, is highly valued. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's resources continue to support the spiritual growth and development of its community, and the candidate should be prepared to uphold the company's values and mission in all aspects of their leadership.
