Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive podiatric care to senior patients, including diabetic foot care, wound management, and mobility support.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using our technology platform.
• Work closely with our medical concierge team for streamlined care coordination.
• Ensure efficient communication between specialists and primary care providers.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree with active state licensure and board certification.
• 24 years of experience in podiatric care, or related fields.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, particularly for elderly populations.
• Comfortable using technology to improve care quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
