We're seeking an experienced Podcast Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of audio, streaming, and OOH campaigns . You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-media, analytics, creative, and strategy-to deliver high-impact campaigns across podcasts, streaming platforms, radio, and TV . This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing audio campaigns and optimizing media performance.


Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: media buying, production, trafficking, and reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to measure performance, implement optimizations, and conduct strategic testing.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ad serving, and compliance with brand safety standards.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging formats to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.


Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years in media planning, campaign management, or audio advertising ; agency or in-house experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with podcasts, streaming audio, and programmatic campaigns ; familiarity with platforms such as Spotify, iHeartRadio, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ad tech, martech, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of production, media buying, and campaign optimization processes.
