Job Title: Plumbing Dispatcher
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Location: 1731 Howell Street North Kansas City MO 64116

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch plumbers for service calls, ensuring efficient routing and time management.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and field technicians.
Accurately document all job details and updates in our system.
Monitor job progress and provide status updates to customers and team members.
Handle emergency calls and adjust schedules as needed.
Promote our company’s core values in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
Proficiency with scheduling software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Prior experience in dispatching or a related field is a plus but not required.
