Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Plant Manager located in the greater Lakeland, FL area. This opportunity is with a growing manufacturer in the chemical manufacturing industry. The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, safety, and operational performance to ensure the plant runs efficiently and meets quality targets.

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production and safety goals
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across all processes
• Manage inventory, raw materials, and finished goods
• Develop and mentor staff, ensuring a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Plant Manager Qualifications:

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent communication and team management skills
