Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist – Traveler serves as the face of patient care services , representing the organization in clinical or outpatient settings. This role focuses on drawing quality blood samples , maintaining specimen integrity, and delivering a positive and professional patient experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, skill, and compassion while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient venipuncture and specimen collection following established safety and quality standards.
Ensure proper labeling and verification of specimens in the presence of patients.
Maintain a professional, safe, and compliant work environment.
Provide a courteous, informed, and empathetic experience for patients.
Accurately document patient interactions and maintain required records.
Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements .
Flexibly support multiple locations as business needs dictate, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Handle both forensic and clinical collections with confidence and precision.
Communicate clearly with patients, peers, and supervisors to support operational goals.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
Demonstrated skill with pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
Proven ability to work independently in high-volume environments .
Must have reliable transportation , a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Previous experience in mobile or traveling phlebotomy assignments .
Prior work in clinical, hospital, or outpatient laboratory settings.

Preferred Skills:
Multi-site flexibility and adaptability
Strong time management and organization
Familiarity with laboratory safety standards

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
