Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: 100% remote 

Duration: 06+ Months (Strong Possible Extension)

Pay rate: $53/hr on W2

Job description:

Active Pharmacy License in state of residence required.  . 

• The basic function of the pharmacist is review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
• Previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. also required with at least 2 yrs experience as a pharmacist. 
• Must have an active license in good standing.

Work Hours:

Training Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 430PM (4 weeks) CT
Regular Shift: Monday-Friday 9:30AM -6PM local time zone
