A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License is required, and a Pennsylvania Life License is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for personal lines insurance products.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage options.
• Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and coverage details.
• Conduct policy reviews and offer recommendations for additional coverage or cost savings.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate rates and secure suitable coverage for clients.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to provide clients with the most current information.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License.
• Pennsylvania Life License (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in computer skills and agency management systems.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
